What each class includes

Two of these put you on a range with live ammunition. The CCW class does not, it meets Florida's requirement in the classroom, with Simunition, and the range session is something you add if you want it. Here is exactly what each price covers.

You do not need to own a pistol to train with us. We provide one if you need it. Ammunition and the range lane fee are never part of tuition; you can add both when you book, or handle them on the day. We would rather you knew now than found out at the counter.

Who books a private class

You have never held a pistol: Nothing is assumed and nothing is rushed. A private session starts wherever you actually are, and there is no room full of people to keep up with.
You need your Florida CCW certificate: The Private CCW Class covers everything the state requires for your concealed carry permit, in an hour and a half, on a date that fits your week.
You already shoot and want to be better: Advanced training is movement, shooting from behind cover and rapid draw, worked one to one at our Mims training facility.
You would rather bring friends: Up to eight people can train together in one private session, so a first range day can be something you do with people you know.

Before you book

Everything that is worth knowing before you pick a date, in one place.

Class size: One to eight students in a private session. The price is per student, so a Private Basic Pistol session for 8 people is $1,440, not $180.
Refunds: Cancel more than 72 hours before your class and you get a full refund. Inside 72 hours the session is no longer refundable.
Range time: Private Basic Pistol and Private Advanced include supervised live fire at the range. The CCW class does not. It runs in the classroom with Simunition, which is what Florida requires for your permit, and you can add a range session when you book. Ammunition is never included in tuition, and the range charges its own $10 lane fee that you can pre-pay or pay on the day.
If you do not own a pistol: That is not a problem, and it is not an extra. We provide a firearm for training to anyone who does not have their own, plenty of students train, qualify and apply for their permit before they ever buy one.

Private Advanced Training runs at the Mims training facility.
Instructors: Every private class is taught by an NRA-certified instructor. Between them they have taught over 5,000 students and 210 classes a year across 48 training topics.
Booking and payment: Pick the class, choose a date and time, and pay by card as a guest. Your confirmation comes by email.
